Royal & Awesome products are quality. We have spent a long time on the design and development of Royal & Awesome so the quality of the products meet your high expectations. As a result, we hope you won't need to read this page.
Can I return my Royal & Awesome product?
In the very unlikely case that you are not 100% happy with your Royal & Awesome product, then return it unworn (we realize you might need to wear it once to try it on) and unwashed within 30 days for a full refund.
If you wish to return your product for any reason and it has not been used please return it to the following address and include a note with the following details:

Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, which can take between 3-10 working days, you will notified by email and your refund will be processed. Please note refunds will take 5-7 working days to reach your account. For obvious reasons we do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
Royal & Awesome products are the best (we think so anyway) so we use the best companies to deliver your product to you. We also use a variety of options from 'Express' (at extra cost), to 'Standard' which is a bit slower. Delivery options vary slightly depending on where you live in the World, so please make sure and check the site you order from. Delivery options.
If you order before 2pm EDT your order will be dispatched on the same day. If you order after 2pm EDT your order will be dispatched the following day.
Your order will be dispatched from the US.
Please note, we do not deliver on the weekend.
If your Royal & Awesome product arrives too late for your event you can return it using the instructions outlined above. If Royal & Awesome products or our couriers are at fault we will refund the cost of the Royal & Awesome product + P&P. There are some circumstance when neither Royal & Awesome product or the couriers acting on their behalf are at fault, for example, if you have selected an incorrect postage option, or you were absent during delivery. In such a case the cost of returning to sender will be charged at the cost of postage paid. This amount will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. Please note that postage costs for returns are borne by the customer. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
