Otherwise it is going to be very, very tight! To help you avoid this pit fall we’ve shown what the chest dimensions of our tops are (top row) and what the ideal measurements of the wearer should be (bottom row).

So if your chest measures 40 inches you should buy our Medium top and not the Small or if your chest measures 46 inches you should buy the XL and not the Large.
